Therapeutic Yoga~Fitness Yoga
Yoga Therapy is scheduled in 1-hour time slots and they are private Zoom meetings. During your first session, I conduct a detailed intake to determine how I can best help you reach your health and fitness goals. During your second session, therapy commences. To achieve maximum benefit, it is recommended that these sessions are done in a series and with no more than a week between sessions. You will also, be given exercises to work on at home.
